Notary Pricing
Texas law sets the maximum fees a notary may charge for notarial acts. The fees below are separate from applicable mobile service and travel fees.

Mobile Service & Travel Fees
Mobile service fees cover travel to your location, with additional fees based on distance and timing.

Texas Apostille Service
$125 for one document, $50 each additional
+ $15 Texas Secretary of State fee per document
Includes document review, submission to the Texas Secretary of State, status updates, and retrieval.
Priority handling, shipping, translation coordination, out-of-state apostilles, federal authentication, and non-Hague legalization are available at additional cost or by custom quote.
